Good but difficult to book

I am enjoying my classes but it is becoming ridiculous trying to book the popular classes (eg Katie’s Pilates). I set my alarm and press the button on the second, often only to find class full - very frustrating.

Beginners Cycling Group

I was very apprehensive joining the group. However there was need for it as Louise was just amazing in setting up the bike for me and settling me in. The session was just what I needed and have been back today and will continue with the group whenever I am not away or busy. Thanks Louise

Yoga Hatha - Julia - Monday, 1.15pm

My first Yoga class at Towers. I hope to be back! I have a lot of trouble with my neck but so much of this class made sense and seemed to help. I was sorry I had to make a quick exit at the end and didn’t have time to speak with the instructor. The scented neck blanket was the best thing ever!

Towers person

Amazingly great the best album everrrrr by the member Ship it’s worth it fantastically

Gently Active - Caroline

Week 2 of gently active. Such an uplifting and fun class. I am not very coordinated but it really doesn’t matter, you are moving your body and lifting your spirits.
Caroline really delivers and gets us all moving. So glad I gave it a try.

Back to the gym

Fantastic to be back and loving the outdoor classes in the fresh air and sitting outside for a coffee. Missed all the smiley Towers folk too!

Not as functional as Old App

The new dashboard is really good, and I like that we can now check in via the app.

The app has lost some functionality though - while you can see how many people are currently in the gym on the dashboard, it doesn’t show you the amount of spaces left per session (gym/pool etc). I always appreciated this as someone who preferred booking quieter sessions.

I also miss being able to add my booking to my calendar, and the booking itself isn’t made via the app but rather an inbuilt web portal, so is overall a less streamlined experience.

Looks nice, poor functionality

This app looks nice but adds nothing over the old app, so I’m confused as to why it exists.

It’s not immediately clear how to book a gym session, for example, and when I do book I cannot add this booking to my calendar. This is basic functionality the old app had that the new one doesn’t have.

Still, at least we get an email in it’s place that I can’t actually do anything useful with, so it’s got that going for it, which is nice.
