Tee times are buried

Decent app overall, but finding my tee time shouldn’t be so buried. Even making a tee time is buried. That’s top level info, used way more Contacts. Are people really going into Contacts every time they open the app?

You’re right, quick access to tee times is core for many members, and it makes sense that it should feel more prominent than sections like Contacts. This kind of specific usability feedback is really helpful. ClubCentral is designed to be flexible so each club can configure the home screen, navigation, and custom tiles/links around what their members use most. Your pro shop or club admin can easily prioritize tee time booking and viewing right up front. We’d encourage you to pass this along to them it’s often a quick adjustment on their end. If they are not sure how they can get a hold of our support team and we will sure all questions are answered. At the same time, comments like yours are reviewed by our product team as we continue refining the experience (including recent improvements to the club calendar and member tools). We’re always looking for ways to make the most-used actions even more accessible by default. Easy to use

Your app is easy to use. One feature I’d love to see is if I have a list of golfing partners in the app and they book a tee time, I’d love to get an alert to then decide if I can join their tee time.

Currently broken

When I open the app I get a message to enable mobile and our WiFi data. I can’t get past this message.

Could you please try these quick steps? - Make sure both Wi-Fi and mobile data are enabled in your device settings. - Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > ClubCentral > Mobile data & Wi-Fi (or Data usage) and confirm the app is allowed to use mobile data and background data. - Force close the app, restart your phone, and try opening it again. If it's still stuck after that, please email us at appsupport@foretees.com

Constant updates

Every time I open the app I feel like I’m being asked to update it. Like every other week. It’s very annoying.

Thanks for the feedback — we truly appreciate you sharing this. We're sorry the update prompts have felt too frequent and disruptive; that's not the experience we want. We release updates often to deliver quick security fixes, bug resolutions, and improvements based on user input like yours. That said, we hear you on the annoyance and are reviewing our prompting frequency to make it less intrusive moving forward. In the meantime, one thing that helps many users avoid seeing these prompts is enabling automatic app updates on your device. This way, apps update quietly in the background (usually over Wi-Fi when charging). Here's how: Open Settings on your iPhone. Scroll down and tap Apps (or search for "App Store" in Settings). Tap App Store. Under Automatic Downloads, toggle on App Updates. Thank you again!

Love the ForeTees mobile app. Its great for making tee times and viewing your upcoming tee times and recreational reservations.

The new versions formatting does not allow the full golf calendar to be seen on iPhone. Saturday is cut off.

Image change

Would really love to be able to change the image/icon that shows up on my phone for the blue ForeTees logo to my clubs logo that displays in my account. Your providing a service to the club. You should allow promoting of the club by allowing members to replace with the club logo.

Having Issues with new update

Have loved the app for a long time, but recently had issues with the new update. The links on the Home Screen don’t work and take me to a loading screen that never loads.

New interface

Since the recent update, app doesn’t work nearly as well as it did previously. Constantly freezing. Go back to last year

Deleting old notifications?

App works great for scheduling tee times. However, we should be able to delete old notifications. Since the last app update, I have about 5-15 old notifications I can’t remove. A sinple swipe feature to delete the notifications in the notification section should be an easy fix.

Posting Hole by Hole Scores

On an iPad screen only allows posting the first 10holes by entering a score fore the hole and then tapping the next hole to enter a score. Once you get to 10 you can’t advance the screen without tapping on the side of the screen and then tapping the hole to place a score and then repeating the same for the rest of the holes. I reset my iPad, I deleted the app and reinstalled. No change. Very clunky performance. Sometimes the screen will freeze. Causes me to use another app to enter a score.
Rest of the app is very convenient. Would give 5 stars if not for the above.

Error code 1001

I get error code 1001 for virtually every selection.

Security Issue

After clicking a link for more info on getting my username and password, I was taken to a phishing site. It didn’t pop up the second time I clicked on the link, but beware nonetheless!

Decent app, crappy ipad support

Some pages of the app are locked in portrait mode and others rotate.
This odd problem has been this way for over a year and the lack of a fix is hard to understand. The only conclusion is that the company that makes this app just doesn’t care.

Which means there are other things that they don’t care about as well. But I’m stuck with it because this is what my club has selected.

Does not post scores correctly

Our club has used this pathetic app for 3 years now and it just keeps getting worse, never any improvement. Does not post scores 1/2 the time as it claims you do not have a corresponding tee time, even when you do.
Beware as kindergarten kids developed this app. #FourTeesSuck
