Awful user experience
The app is awful in so many ways …
The general user experience when using the app is basically non-existent: slow, does not provide user feedback in many occasions (for instance, when trying to reserve a place, you click on the place and nothing happens), etc.
On top of that, there is no integration with the apple ecosystem (why doesn’t it integrate with the wallet, so I don’t have to open the app every time I need to open a door?)

Pretty bad
No idea how to pay for the bookef Daypass. No information about that. I would generally love to see more how to, at least some onboarding for the first time users.
