Multiple calendar entries added on iPhone 16 every time i open my tee times—even after unsubscribing

I have to manually delete 10-15 entries for each day because the app auto adds them every time i check my reservations. I have repeatedly selected to unsubscribe which allegedly removes all reservations, but it doesn’t work.
