Good not great
If the app would show how many unread msgs there are (like ANY other app) it would be at least 4 stars. Crazy that there’s no way to know if you have unread msgs…
Always Getting Better
I see the reviews comparing this to Zipwhip. Zipwhip was pretty awesome but this is still the best of what is available and I have no doubt it will become as good if not better than Zipwhip! When this app first came out, it definitely needed a lot of work but the work is being done. All new things take time to develop. Bugs happen but are usually fixed pretty quickly when the devs are made aware of an issue. I gave five stars even though there are improvements that need to be made because they are being made. My suggestion, stick with it and report when bugs/glitches happen. Also provide feedback and suggestions. Overall, we’re happy with how far the app has come and are looking forward to the future.

Connect App is terrible!
This App has been so frustrating! We made the switch from ZipWhip at our studio and I couldn’t be more unhappy. The app marks messages as “read” before anyone has looked at them. There is no way to mark a message as “unread” if you want to go back to it later. The newest unread messages do not pop to the top of the feed. It’s a mess! Do better ClubReady!

Useless
Useless app doesn’t even notify when a message comes in! Useless support doesn’t even respond with ticket.
A mess
I get notifications but no texts are coming in. I can’t use my templates in app. I can’t search for anyone by name without the app crashing and requiring me to log back in. This app is a joke
