This app is completely broken and useless. And hasn’t been updated in over a year. Does club ready care about its members at all?

Unable to make bookings. Account shows credit available but when trying to book says no credit available. Effectively unusable.

Black Screen-App won’t load
Every time I open the app it shows a black screen. I’ve tried deleting entirely and redownloading and still keeps happening. Really frustrating please fix this
Unable to use
I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times and still just freezes on a black screen.
Useless
The app does not load when opened and instead I am shown a completely black screen as of a few days ago. I cannot use it to book or view any classes. I have tried everything from deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc and nothing works.

Ever since the last update it’s not working for any of us that go to the gym. Please fix this!
Either crashes or doesn’t load
WORST boxing class app. This app crashes while I’m booking or flat doesn’t load. I’ve tried re-installing and it’s still just as bad. I don’t think the developer takes this app seriously considering all of the continuing negative reviews. I’m on an iPhone 12 with the latest software (14.4.1).
App is inoperable/Support link broken
Just enrolled in gym program and am unable to reserve classes through the app. App will not load and freezes on completely black screen. App support link is broken, and there is no way to receive help. Classes can only be scheduled online through the website currently. Extremely concerned about the security of our payment information that is stored within the app. Thoroughly unimpressed at this point!

After a bug fix performed 3 days ago. The app has not been working properly

Was working fine on Friday night, there was an update on Saturday and now the app freezes on a black screen. Can’t see or book classes.

Can’t book classes because the app keeps crashing. I deleted and downloaded the app again, but this did not resolve the issue. Very glitchy!
Just not great
My Jiu Jitsu school has relied on this app for months during the pandemic to reserve spots for training. Each time I book a class, the app closes and has since I started using it. I just completed the most recent update and now the app won’t open at all. It’s just not good

Since the update today (3/13/21), the app with not load. It stays on a black screen. Please undo the update because obviously it's not working.
