Hamstrung and difficult. Not helpful or intuitive.
In-app chats
For version 4.2.1, I prefer to use the app to initiate regular text messages with members rather than doing in-app chats. I don’t know if all members have the app. The new version has made communications harder for me.

Member list
After viewing an individual member and returning to the member list, the list resets to the top of the list rather than staying at the place of the current member. This is not helpful. It would be better if it list remained at the spot of the last member viewed.
Update my info?
Seems to be no way to update my own contact info/photo.

Crashes. Refresh needed.
When it works it does the job, but 19/20 launches the app hangs on launch. Refresh does not work. Using iPhone 11. Poor UX. Wish CR would overhaul its platform and offer API integration.

This app is so slow to load that it is completely useless. Even after giving it a good 5 or 10 mins - nothing. Waste of space!
Not updating
The app has not updated our club’s information since early March. Please fix as I love the convenience of using the app.

Update of app will not open
I have a 2012 era iPad. Updated app today as pompted and now it will not work/open. How can I get an older version to install again?

Nice, but...
Every time I try to call a club member from the app, it dials as an international number instead of local. For instance (817) 555-1212 would dial as +81 7555 1212. This doesn’t work.
