Can’t book my son into things

Doesn’t support a child account

Magic

Far too glitchy and temperamental. Just hangs forever. Frequently logs me out

Great App

Brilliant easy to use software its more susuable than the sites its piggy backing and liasiing with .

Easy Booking

The tool to book courts is simple and straightforward. Once mastered it is a simple application.

Poor

Very frustrating app to use. Worst issue is its reliability. Very often not working or unable to connect to server.

🎾

Great facility ,brilliant experience.😊

Not happy with changes

It was better when we were able to pre-select courts on day of booking. Now for popular courts we cannot book courts due to app changes which does not allow pre-selection!

No option to choose a particular court

I like the app, it’s easy, but I don’t like that I can’t choose a court. There are a couple of courts I really don’t like, due to uneven surface.

Ease of use

Very easy to book.

Apple app is stone ages behind.

I’m shocked that the Apple app is so much worse compared to the website and the google play store version. The lack of ability to see what courts are available and who has booked other courts is ridiculous. You have no idea if your playing partner has already booked a court leaving you looking silly when you come down to the court and have two courts booked. Sort this apple app out so that it is in line with other versions where you can view who has booked courts.

Mr MH

Very slow app, very buggy, doesn’t work well at all. Often I have to log in several times to make on booking. Frustrating experience

Excellent app!

Easy to use, slick payment, highly recommended!

Admin abuse

Can it be fixed so that anyone using admin privileges cannot bypass the time restrictions using their own name?

In other words if they book before the booking start time for the day then it is distinguished as 'ADMIN' or 'Booking', and if they want to book for personal play using their own name then they should be subject to the same restrictions as other club members.

Otherwise admins can book a second before the start time and nobody is any the wiser unless they are extremely sharp and get a screenshot at this very second.

Full courts view

An easy to use app. It needs a calendar view on Apple. Having to check each court individually for bookings is laborious

Login+why do we need to pay to play?

Cannot login at all, also there's no option for forgotten passwords incase resetting helps, when getting into the courts the passcode constantly changes and when you're at a park the signal isn't very good so it takes forever to load and then the passcode resets again! Also it's really stupid that all the courts in public parks need paying when they don't supply rackets and they don't upkeep the courts. Bring back free tennis courts, no one even plays anymore

Needs a few changes

It would be good to have the option to view as an admin from the app

Clunky

A court is only 30 mins, to book two courts you need to start all over again. Selecting squash then the date then the court

New version really bad

If the court I want is not available it takes several backward steps to book the next one. Previous version better.

Waste of time in 2025

After a 2025 update, I have not been able to book anything through the app. You’ll be much faster refreshing the individual court URL on the website instead of using this app.

In the app, future dates don’t appear automatically when bookings go live, and there’s no refresh option within a venue. You have to fiddle around, sometimes fully close and reopen the app, re-select the court from a lengthy list of venues, wasting valuable seconds, which puts app users at a clear disadvantage compared to website users who can simply refresh a page.

Support confirmed this behaviour is “by design.” When I suggested auto-refresh or a manual refresh button within each page, I was ignored and advised to use the website instead if I find it easier. It says everything about the quality of customer support. They don’t care.
