Incredible Customer Servive
It’s 6:30pm on the East Coast and I was trying like heck to access my account for my Cape Cod golf club and that users Clubster. If you know anything about the app Clubster you know it is ground zero for any golf club with communications but the software is only as good as the input it actual gets from your club. After 20 minutes of trying to access my account I send a message to Clubster in the “help” section. Within one minute, I have a call from the Owner and Developer of Clubster and he actually goes on on home page for The Cape Club on Cape Cod, MA and overwrites the program to add a portal to our “Club Membership Resource” menu that should have been there from our club months ago!Who does that in this day and age at 6:30pm eastern time….. Nick does, the owner and developer of Clubster! Incredible!!!

Having trouble managing multiple club memberships? Clubster can fix that problem for you. I was having issues with different email addresses for more than one club and I reached to Clubster for help. Customer service responded very quickly and within a few minutes, merged my accounts and streamlined my clubs into one app. An efficient, easy to use app combined with excellent customer service. This is a great app! Just what we needed for our Elks Lodge. The app is user friendly and has everything that we need. Unfortunately, we were left high-and-dry with another app developer going offline for the Elks. We are grateful that we found Clubster!! I left one country club and joined another but the first one did not remove me. I called clubster and the owner of the app actually answered and took care of the problem immediately. Rare to have that level of customer service these days! I highly recommend his app and use of it to anyone!

Way too many clicks to reserve a tee time. Tee time reservations are buried.
Could not get account setup as was connected to husband’s account
Reached out to the support function…and within an hour had a personal phone call that got my problem solved in less than 3 minutes. Very efficient and helpful. Thank you Nick!
