Shipment delay
I have talked to representatives on the status of shipments. I was told that 4 outstanding shipments are in the warehouse because of an issue with shipping.
I was told that I would get an email with tracking information.
I have not gotten the outstanding shipments or an email. I am extremely disappointed in clubtac ability to deliver the crates as promised.

Great subscription box!
I just signed up and got my first crate. It was full of great items. Great value for the price! I look forward to receiving my next crate!
Quality for sure!
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every shipment received. Everything is of such high quality and has a purpose. As a fashion guru, working in the entertainment industry, you’d think my favorite subscriptions would be my fashion, makeup and girly boxes. But…. I was raised by my father, Green Beret - Vietnam. Soooo Nope!! Clubtac is definitely my favorite subscription of them all.

GREAT PROGRAM
For someone like me that spends a LOT of time outdoors. This is a great program. I look forward to each box like it is Christmas. The items I have received ALWAYS exceeds the cost of each month.

every month I get something in the mail from ClubTac that helps me enjoy the outdoors in either more comfort or style or enhances outdoor activities like fishing or hunting or stuff that helps get back home so it’s like it had a Christmas every month

This app is awesome as a member of the club tack it allows me to keep track of my crates gives me survival tips and makes everything much much easier definitely recommend having it whether you’re a member or not

Great talking with their customer service team getting up and going. Was refreshing to hear that I could call in to get support if I’m getting things in a crate thats duplicate of what I already have.

I have used this app to keep up to date on my account since I’ve been receiving ClubTac boxes. I’ve used it to figure out what medals I have and when I’m going to be promoted. It’s a lot quicker than searching it online.

You can even see what's coming in your next box before it arrives for those that hate surprises like me.
