Sorry about that. The last setup step starts a 7 day free trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. If that screen would not let you continue, please update to version 1.2.0 and try again, or tap Restore purchases in Settings if you had already subscribed. I am sorry it let you down, and thank you for the honest note. Version 1.2.0 fixes the missed alarm causes we found and adds a backup notification if the alarm is ever blocked. The yearly price is also lower in every country as of this week, and the 7 day free trial means you can see whether it actually gets you up before paying anything. As of this week Clucky Pro yearly is noticeably cheaper in every country, and there is a 7 day free trial so you can find out whether the missions get you out of bed before paying anything. You are right, and I am sorry: a whisper is worse than no alarm. Clucky is meant to ring at full alarm volume even with the Silent switch on (Extra loud is on by default in Settings). Version 1.2.0 adds a sound check during setup that warns you if the preview is being muted, plus a backup notification if the alarm is ever blocked. Please update and give it one more morning. Thank you for the design love, and sorry about the restart. Version 1.2.0 makes setup noticeably shorter. Ads are not something I want inside an alarm you rely on, so the 7 day free trial stays the way to try it without paying, and the yearly price is lower now in every country. Sorry about that, and thank you for the kind words on the design. Version 1.2.0 adds a rescue path: if a mission cannot be completed, a Having trouble button appears after 45 seconds and lets you finish with a quick math task instead, and step or camera missions swap out automatically if the app relaunches mid alarm.
