Cannot use

This app sucks! It will not let me into the game. I have purchased the game for my ps4, and this is supposed to let me play, however it will not let me into the game. When entering the code given, I get a message saying the game doesn’t exist.

Bad Reviews are Confused

I think anyone who put a negative review on this game is just confused on how to operate the app. Literally works perfectly and syncs just fine.

Doesn’t work with the paid app

My Daughter paid for the cluedo app thinking myself and the rest of the family could join her in a game, but when we enter the code she gets on her android phone it does not work on either the iPad or my android phone. Do not buy unless you want to play against the AI robots

App is buggy

I’ve played the game a few times now and it’s been really fun, however we’ve noticed recently that once someone say they can “help” the person and the item they’ve said flash for everyone on the notebook for half a second, so everyone can see what the player has helped with. Other than this it’s been brilliant, however this does kill the game for me unfortunately

2/1/2026 FINALLY GAME FIXED!

Wasn’t working for all of 2025! Now the game developers updated and fixed it! Works perfectly fine! Played multiple rounds! Yahooo!!!

Issue was Fixed!

The developer responded to my review with the proper fix. The response time was good too! Below was my initial review:

Update to the Game May have Fixed the Error

We purchased this game and no one can join for a local game. Everyone downloaded the app and we all entered the code and it keeps saying “this game does not exist” we’ve tried everything. Such a waste of time and money.

Update: the developer has responded that the game has been updated. The next time my friends and I get together we’ll test it out.

IT WORKS FINALLY 1/16/26

They said they updated it so tried again and it’s working, played 2 games perfectly. Was disappointing it wasn’t working at first but we’re good now!

Doesn’t connect to game

Bought this game as a Christmas present for the family, and keep getting the error message saying the game doesn’t exist. Have tried redownloading app and getting several different codes on the switch. Hope support team can fix this
