Slow App

Unfortunately this app is not user friendly at all. It lags a lot and not easy to use whatsoever. They need to find a new alternative to their app. Not convenient to use at all.

Terrible Navigation & UI/UX

It’s so hard to navigate, I can’t find anything, it took me 5 minutes to log in because it won’t load. You need to fire your developers and find a new one because this is garbage.

love clutch but app has bugs

recently i haven’t been able to order through app because when they added stripe security it doesn’t take any card. cards that have been working fine on the app with now issues for months until stripe showed up. idk if it’s a coding error or what but it’s really inconvenient for those of us that don’t have the brain power in the morning to order in person smoothly.

Great Coffee

They’re one of my new favorite coffee places since they arrived in my town. Much better service and taste than Sbucks. A great alternative if you want a tasty coffee treat. A more generous point system as well! And my pup loves their super generous pup cups.
