Awful service
Shocking service. Taxi didn't show up to the area given. The app said the taxi had arrived so I followed the gps and when it wasn't there I checked the whole area and there was no taxi. Tried to get in contact with my driver and he sent me to voicemail after two rings. I phoned the operator and she was nothing but rude when I explained the situation and that the money had came out my account. Nothing but attitude and rudeness.

booked a taxi to take me to work, got a driver almost instantly saying he was en route and 7 minutes away. checked my phone about half an hour later for it to say looking for a driver; i phoned them up and the woman hung up on me mid sentence. ended up getting an uber.

Always prompt and polite and like the fact if the app messes up my address which it does sometimes as it takes my number away half the time but when I book one the driver always call to confirm the address and how long they will be as the app can sometimes be a bit out if they don’t have correct address on the booking for pick up.
Excellent service from my driver tonight as he called to make sure of the address as it didn’t go through with the number on the booking keep up the good work with the drivers as no issues with any that have ever picked me up wether it’s a private or a toa one they always are on time when they say how long they will be and I am now happy they wait for you give u a chance to get out the door to them as sometimes taxi companies don’t do that and leave if not there when they arrive within a minute sometimes less so 5stars for you all round.

Absolutely shocking taxi company!!
The operators attitude is absolutely shocking!! I have serve anxiety and her attitude was disgusting a get the school run can be busy, but no need to be so bloody cheeky!! “We’re not a removal company” because I asked for a 7 seater to help bring my shopping home and ended up hanging the phone up! Asked several times to get a new taxi sent out and I agreed to wait and was told “we’re busy”.

App says taxi will be booked within 1 minute but waited 10 minutes and still nothing.
Ended up having to phone instead but got an automated dialling system instead of a person.

Waste of an app
Get told it’s an “11 minute wait” for a taxi from Clydebank trainstation to Faifley. Taxi agrees to pick me up and is “one minute away” half an hour later when I phone up I get told the c*nt has f*cord off hame. I ask for another taxi and still nothing. Ended up cancelling and getting a bus, suggest you do the same or go for a private hire

Charged for a taxi that was cancelled. Random charge of £5 came off. Could see a taxi driving around for over a hour saying they were on route.

App is useless and it charged me three separate times for one taxi trip, also waited over an hour before being told my taxi had been and gone which was a total lie so the staff couldn’t care less. Use Uber
App is ridiculously bad
It had serious glitches before but it suddenly crashed and I had to reinstall. But it’s throwing up error messages every time you try to verify phone number with the code. Please sort it out.
