CM Directive

CM Directive is a task management system. Built by an independent development team, it digitizes the flow of executive directives through Principal Secretaries, Chief Secretaries, and Department Secretaries across 30+ departments. The app is currently in its Phase 1 deployment serving senior officials. We are actively onboarding additional departments and scaling to 3000+ users across all 33 districts, including Follow-up Officers and inter-provincial coordination officers.
