Free trail didn’t work
Selected free trail it processed but kept looping me back to purchase and wouldn’t allow the free trail. Will definitely not check it out again, $10 is a lot to pay when you know that the app isn’t working properly.

Took my exam June 26, 2025 and got the results saying I passed!! Ngl I used this app for a week and hour a day and help so much. Definitely recommend it. Good luck to anyone who’s planning on taking the test!
I love this app but
I really love this app but for some reason it will not let me access the paid version. I’ve been paying for a few months and still it says I’m using a trial version. So unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription.

I decided to subscribe to the monthly plan because I think the app is very helpful. However, the 3 days free trail doesn’t even work! I canceled it right away cos I ain’t trynna get charge! :(

I think this is a great way to study for the National Exam certification. I like the fact that you are given scenarios (which you can encounter in your day to day work duties) where you have to use critical thinking and you choose the answer. Also it lets you know the percentage of people who gave the wrong and right answers. It gives you a detail explanation of right answers. This helps you learn the things you didn’t learn in the Medical Assistant class. JOB WELL DONE!!!!

No longer works
Can’t even try the app. The free version doesn’t allow you to open any questions at all though from previous reviews, I should be able to see something. Not willing to pay for premium if the questions don’t still work.

Couldn’t read the full question. Looks like a lot of people are having this issue.

Would have given 5 stars, but on some questions after you answer you aren’t able to scroll down and read the full explanation. It cuts off.

I was thinking about purchasing the app to help me study for my exam but it won’t show the full questions. You can’t rotate the phone either to view them. If this was fixed I would definitely purchase the monthly subscription.

One problem
The content is relevant. I like how there’s a breakdown or definition for every answer. I really like the app. It’s easy to use when I’m at work and have a few minutes to study. My only issue is that I can’t scroll down to read the entire question. If that problem is fixed it would be five stars

The app is great, the content is great. BUT I subscribed to the app to receive all the benefits of having it and it won’t update. It won’t give me what I’m paying for. Everything is still locked and it’s a Saturday so the customer service won’t be open till Monday!
