Nothing has been updated. My balance is wrong. I can’t do anything within the app. My last balance is from about a year ago. What is going on? Please please fix the app.

My Software is up to date. I have had this app on my phone for several years and NOW with CMEFCU update it requires 17.0 IOS or higher. My phone software is up to date and now I can no longer use CMEFCU mobile app. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate of CMEFCU

A-1 Banking Experience
I have been banking with CME since 1980. Started out with a savings account, to save money (set up auto withdrawal). Used banking services with other banks in addition to CME. Every other bank had numerous issues with handling my money, loan applications, etc.. One bank for 10-15 yrs. through there numerous changes selling the bank, name changes, etc. .
On going issues not easily resolved. Out of frustration made the decision 25 yrs. ago to move all my banking to CME. Best decision I’ve made, had numerous accounts, loans for home, equity, car, etc. during this time. CME always treats me professionally, and staff who are knowledgeable. They are prompt and quick to report suspected fraud on our debit card. By far a banking system that stands out above the others. Will always bank at CME. 👍👏

Upgraded phone and now my credentials don’t work
I upgraded my phone to the new iPhone 13 pro and now this app doesn’t work at all. If I charge my iPhone 8, same iOS and username and password all magically work. Something is up with this app…please fix this. I can still use the browser login just fine but it takes forever and the website was not designed to be phone friendly so everything is tiny and you have to zoom in constantly.
