SCAM
This company scammed me. The product does not work as described and randomly talks without any initiation of sunny or Alexa. I filed a return request after receiving the product, but the company did not respond. I even tracked down the address and phone number of the company, but they also will not respond to this. They clearly state there is a 30 day return policy. But they will not respond to any emails or phone calls. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard from the company. They list an address in Colorado Springs. I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado attorney general. I will also address the complaint to apple, since apple lists this app in their store. I would request Apple to please remove this app, since it is clearly a scam.

Impossible to connect
I’ve spent several hours trying to connect this thing to my iPhone. WiFi is on. Bluetooth is on. They seem to see each other. But when the app is trying to connect it gets stuck at 70% and stops to try again, and again, and again. I uninstalled everything, reinstalled several times, rebooted and anything else I could think off but to no avail. $99 wasted!
