Had this for a long time all it does is log me out and error prompt message comes up. Really fed up of this app not sure if there’s any other I can use . They really need to sort the app out

Not working on iPad, 10th generation
This application is closing abruptly on iPad 10th generation. I have tried to install and reinstall it again and again, but without giving any notification, it closes. I am only able to select the region and after that this application shuts down and means I’m not able to see the camera and recording or anything like that, because I’m not able to login to the system again, so that is the problem, so kindly fix it.
