Great as a resource…potentially
I can see this being a great way to eliminate a lot of administrative and communication layers between citizens and the local government about issues needing attention from the city. But I can also see this as potentially becoming a really toxic place where people who have nothing better to do litter it with petty or nosy concerns. I just hope the community here can use it to focus on how to best address the needs if the community as a whole. Sounds pretty foolish as I type. Good luck folks.
