Does not receive notifications about child
I don’t know if it’s the app or the school but my notifications show up one time then I don’t have anything the entire week .

This app is trash.it never work I put my account and password it alway said it not work .my baby school direct said will help but never hear any back no email it been take a week nothing back。i cant see anything what happen my baby at school.dont know why create this trash !!😡
Pictures Not Showing Up
Pictures do not show up or can take days to show up. What can I do about this?
Too glitchy
I get kicked off half of the time. When trying to upload photos it just spins out for hours until I finally cancel the pictures. ALSO CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE IT TO WHEN WE LOG THAT PARENTS NEED SUPPLIES IT DOESN’T GET LOST IN THE FEED. It needs to be pinned to the top.
It works
Only giving this app four stars because it works great and I rarely have any issues with it. I love using the QR code function. My only complaint is that there seem to be so many typos within the app itself! I’m not sure if it’s just my child’s location or if it’s a company wide thing. There are many typos within the menu for the day. Today I noticed that the abbreviation for December is “Dic.”?

Needs ALOT of Work
App lags badly. Photos do not upload automatically. There is no option to pay tuition, upload documents, or update certain information. App needs a major overhaul or perhaps a new system period.
Abysmal
I can’t even log in. Every time I try to reset my login information, I can’t. And, there’s no way to get help. I am unable to receive updates about my child. Abysmal.
No photos/cant comment
Her teacher is always so great at updating but every time she shares a picture I can never see it on my end. Also it would be helpful if we could comment back to their update, there’s been times where she sends an update like “she’s out of diapers” and it would be great if besides just liking the post I could write back

Literally never works. Support non existent. Needs to be taken off the App Store
For months and months I’ve been hit with log in issues. Consistently having to reset passwords, go through hours of trying to figure it out. Now it just seems the server is never up and running. You really need to get your _____ straight. This is unacceptable.
Please make changes
Can y’all make it to where diapers and potty are 2 separate buttons when logging? It gets confusing since some teachers mark successful and wet under the same thing cause it’s looking like they successfully changed the child’s diaper. As both a teacher and parent this would be a very beneficial change.
Also, picture quality is not the best when posting and receiving pictures and when downloading the pictures off they are very blurry.
Also, the pictures y’all have for what the app looks like does not look nearly like that, there are several buttons missing when logging activity on the teachers end, there is no behavior button, medication, mood, illness, notification, kudos, or incidents, I am unsure why y’all promote it when it does not show up on the teachers end.

Maybe an update would help?
When trying to check on my child’s activities throughout the day, I see some things as they are entered in, but things like pictures of him don’t update until the next day sometimes. Also, whenever there is a photo taken, and I try to download it to my phone it doesn’t work. I’m not sure of an update would help. I like the concept of this app but just a little bit more with execution and I think it could be better.

Time delay
Major delay in time. Idk if it’s the app or the people putting the info in. But I’d like to be able to see what my baby is doing and if he ate!

This app helps me stay up to date with child activities in the classroom, very helpful and easy to use
No notifications and in app support doesn’t work
The app is great when it is working. I haven’t had it for long. However, I can’t receive notifications. I have them on through my phone settings and the app. I’ve redownloaded the app, restarted my phone, force closed and reopened the app, and then tried to do the in app support. Every time I try to do the in app support it tells me “something’s wrong gone wrong content could not be loaded”… so telling me to use the in app support wouldn’t even be helpful because I can’t even try that, every time I do go for it.

Frustrating issues
The app is always crashing and making me log back in, and the photos my child’s teachers post never load, so I can’t see them.
Slow and never wants to load
The app is slow. Nothing wants to load. The words always run off the page. I also don’t receive notifications even tho i have them set up. This app needs some serious work.

I have been having issues with this app since I've downloaded it... it's always logging me out and it's not updating like it should
Why no option to pay in the app
And login sometimes messes up and I have to wait and attempt to re log in. Give option for Face ID and paying in app. PLEASE!
Always has technical issues
At first I really liked the app because I was able to receive updates while I was at work but it always seems like I’m constantly trying to log in. Also, I tried creating a new password and there’s no IT support to help with creating a new password. Even when I try to create one, it just hits me with an error saying I don’t meet the requirements of a new password. It’s frustrating especially when I’m just trying to see updates of my child.

I can’t even log into it it keeps telling my my email or password is wrong but every time I try changing my password it won’t let me
