Last update is much worse
Updated to latest now when it loads it shows balances updated a month ago, three transfers all not confirmed, yet balance on one acct close to what it should be and three days later still show pending. I need confirmation so can pay some bills ASAP

It was great til it wasn’t.
This app has been wonderful until suddenly I stoped receiving any and all notifications. I’ve tried several fixes like reinstalling apps, restarting phone, updating phone, updating the alerts. Nothing has helped.

I shouldn’t have to update everything to use an app
i’ve had the app for about a year now and everything was great, and then suddenly we decide that we HAVE to have “bug fixes” that require you to update your entire phone to use 1 SINGULAR app. I can’t use it now, and apple doesn’t care about its customers either so I don’t have anywhere near enough storage space to update my phone itself. Maybe think about your customers before thinking about updates.

🔄⌛️Don’t bother if don’t have current iOS for current version
Hope this saves someone’s time & they get to do something actually productive! Says you can successfully use best version of this App pre-iOS upgrade (which I can’t without wifi that’s not hotspot, Thanks Apple!)… But did that & it won’t open without downloading latest iOS & app updates🔄⌛️
Trapped in forced update loop
The app immediately pops up a forced 3.34.1 update prompt which takes me to the App Store. I am already updated to 3.34.1 and opening the app from the store takes me back to the update prompt. The app cannot be used.
Inadequate features
There is not an app function to turn off or report lost/stolen card. You have to call and no one is available after business hours or weekends.
Amazing
I have been a proud customer of City National Bank for about 13 years or so now, I absolutely love their services, they have done a lot of updates since I first began banking with them, also love that when you need to talk with someone, always seems to be someone available at all times, they warn you constantly about any new types of scams that may be currently going around, as well as let you know all the current updates as they occur, and which issues each update is coming out to correct, I would t choose any other bank honestly, I had other banks before them, but never one that was friendly and fast to get back immediately when you need support with an issue.

Transactions take to long to load.
I love y’all but it takes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long for a payment or transaction to show up I’ve made transactions almost 3 days ago and they still haven’t shown up I can’t keep up with what I’m spending… I hope y’all fix it someday.

The biggest aspect is that I can deposit checks via app. Also, I can send money to my kids via Zelle.
