Problem and more problems with depositing checks
The bank is only open while im working so in order to deposit my check i do it through the app unless i go to the bank on Saturday morning. The online check deposit is so frustrating. No matter how clear the picture is it wont register it. Ive almost NEVER NOT had problems when depositing online. I cant access money because of your broken banking app. Please fix i will update this when it is fixed.

Unreliable
I'm constantly unable to access this app because it's having outages or "temporarily unavailable". Being something so important, it's unacceptable for the app to be so unreliable.
The App Development team is garbage
I’m locked out twice a month, password doesn’t get recognized. Do better or leave and work at Walmart App Dev team. Also your app breaks down so much. Seems like front end and back end don’t know what they are doing.
Decent banking app
Itd be a really great banking app if i could do mobile deposit everyday of the week without any delay for the weekend and another thing is the biometric sign in doesnt work on saturdays for some reason. All in all just an average banking app.

Needs improvement
The biometrics are consistently not working for this app. I also find the abilities to complete certain forms of transactions and interactions with my institution lacking in this app in comparison with other financial institution apps I have used in the past.
Ongoing problem
The app makes me physically type in a password every time I login, even though I have facial recognition set up.

Worst banking app known to man
This is the worst banking app ive used. Its extremely slow and has 20 different apps with the same name. Hard to set up aswell. I do not recommend

It’s over bearing and annoying to use
Very dissatisfied
The app picks random times I stop working. It also decides to al to user name and password again after about every 10th use. Extremely inconvenient 😞
