terrible mobile
if you're going to have a mobile app then contract some support for it. it's unusable, since it won't even open. customers want reliable services from financial institutions and this one just isn't cutting it. hassle to change banks and I'm otherwise happy with cnb but i really need the mobile access.

Please fix
Please fix this app. It used to work great but recently it won’t load. Just stays frozen on a white screen. When it did work, it was nice and super convenient for online banking and check depositing.

Fix the app so your customers can use it!
Super annoyed
App won’t work. Mentioned it to two different people now when CALLING to get my balance. One said, “I know there was a recent update” and “try reinstalling”. The other said nothing at all. Still won’t even load. Not happy. AT ALL. Used to at least load. Slow as a snail but it loaded.
Sporadic login
App needs a lot of work, one time you can log in and all is good then you can’t log in for weeks, then you can for a few days then nope you can’t for a few weeks or month. Ready to delete this app for good. Deleted the app!
