The information that you share could be great, but what is the use of good information that cannot be viewed! What is the point to promote your app when it cannot be made available due technological glitches! Your app crashes when we try to launch it, cannot read anything !

Not Receiving App Notifications on iPhone
I am not receiving notifications from the app on my iPhone 13, iOS 18.5.
Notifications are enabled in both the app and iOS settings. I’ve tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists. Please help resolve this as I am missing important updates.

App crashing, not able to open
App is crashing as soon as I am opening it. It started to happen few days back. Deleted and reinstalled but same result.

CNBC TV18 application is one of the good news platform I prefer to read but when it comes to News articles with photos and a simple 3-4 liners in the bottom i frequently have to click on Read More every 2-3sec as the information collapses. Please fix this issue in the application

CNBC is excellent source of news views and expert opinion on finance policies of the Govts in india and international .My association started with CNBC when it started in India in 1993 ? And I continued watching reading it while living in USA since 2006
No sound in upgraded version
Just love your channel! It’s great to hear perspectives from different groups on your channel. While it’s a great look and feel with the upgrade, but there is no sound in the live telecast of CNBC TV18. I am using iPhone for viewing your content online on the go ! Hope you would be able to fix this issue.

Do they ever test new changes. This new update completely broke live tv. Cannot launch it at all. Please fix this.

There is no audio in the updated application. Also no signs are visible on the video screen such as play, pause, zoom, forward, etc.
Does not open the live tv
With the updated version Live tv does not work properly. Users cannot widen the screen, volume cannot be controlled for all the Live TV shows
