Intermittent issues
Mobile banking is necessary now. I need to know my balance and sometimes move money quickly. The app seems to work fine for a while, and then something happens. Like “violating security”. Not sure what to do about that when my phone and app are both up to date, and I’m on a secure network. It’s happening so much I’m considering moving banks.

It is down frequently. Not a good app

Every time I open this app it says my phone is jail broken/rooted I barley know what that means? Help! I can’t get into my bank!!

Too plain. I would like more info to be available like escrow balance finger print access. Needs to be a bit more modernized.
