Garbage
This worthless app won't even connect the plugs to my network. Customer support is nonexistent. Emailed them and get no help. Hopefully people look at the reviews before buying the plugs. Save your money don't but from these people

Does not work
I have 2.4 GHz network and an iPhone XR. I cannot setup an intelliPLUG, and the app takes an incredibly long time to tell me it failed, again. It offers you alternative ways to connect, but these also fail. Horrible design and no functionality. This should just work seemlessly - plug in, sync to phone, get internet access, work. Unfortunately, does not.

Well enough
Sometimes troublesome to setup, but once it’s setup it’s reliable enough. It sometimes doesn’t turn on via the app but a quick refresh does reliably report the current state.
They’re easily and reliably relocated throughout the house. Do not setup connected to an extension cord. It’s more reliably setup connected directly to the wall and in strong range of your phone and wifi.
Altogether, they’re cheap and good enough.

Pray there’s not an update
Every single firmware or software update causes my unit to disconnect from Alexa. Troubleshooting directions don’t work. Customer support is useless. One of the worst WiFi connect outlet systems available. So yourself a favor and buy a reputable brand name. Not whatever this garbage is.

Worked great for more than a year. Last week started to ask for password, never sends the code to change password.
So basically is useless now.

Stupid software update
After they update the add, my device is gone (the log me out and when I logged in, I don’t see my device). My device is not accessible sine it’s different state and I had to wait for a while to re-add to my list (until I travel to the location). DO NOT REMOVE MY DEVICE WHEN YOU UPDATE IDEOT.
A step backward!
The new version does not tell you that the smart switch is actually on. So to turn it off, you need to turn it on again (even if it is already on). Then, you turn the switch off. Not very convenient or efficient.

Was a little disappointed in having to reconnect every intelliplug, but it went very well and updated the firmware in each device. I have 10 devices. All is working well. The new interface is nice.
Do not install update!
Latest app update breaks things severely. Login lost, password reset says I have no account, account sign up doesn’t work. No way to control or use anything at the moment...was working fine before this update.

In the beginning it was buggy and hard to set up but with the more recent updates it’s where it should be at
Terrible app and plugs don’t sync
App usually doesn’t work and syncing is frustrating. Also, one is clicking as if something is going to happen to the plug.
No longer works
This worked great a few years ago, but I tried to put another phone and continuously got Wi-Fi set up issues. Then when I reset it it doesn’t even work on my original phone anymore either. Add to that and google home integration issues and this hardware and app is a huge bust
Does not work over 4G
If I try to control a plug using 4G (with full bars) instead of Wi-Fi, the plugs get disconnected. I thought I was supposed to be able to control these plugs from “anywhere?”
Very basic and the does the company exist anymore?
Plugs work but have very basic functionality. I’m not sure if CnctLife even exists as a company anymore though.
Now Working With Echo
The app always worked well on the iPhone.The plugs did not stay synced with Amazon Echos. They finally fixed it. Very stable and works great with Alexa.

Can’t get the plug and app to work. The tech support idea that I received did not work either.
Cute plug, very poor app and Alexa skill function
I love the plug size, but the app is clumsy and slow (eg turning on and off the plugs takes several seconds each) and the Alexa skill only works for a few minutes before needing to be turned off and reactivated. As I purchased these plugs primarily to add to my current Alexa-controlled outlets I find this flaw a total dealbreaker.
Hopefully the app is redone and the Alexa skill is fixed but as nothing has been updated in months I am beginning to think this is just wasted money. So disappointing!
