Il n'est pas possible d'accéder depuis l'étranger, que ce soit sur l'application ou sur le site d'ebanking.
Terrible application
This is one of the worst applications I’ve ever used. I’m trying to connect within Algeria, not from abroad, and it still doesn’t work. On top of that, the keyboard is completely unreliable.
It’s unbelievable that a banking app has so many issues. It reflects poorly on the bank and, honestly, on the country as well. It doesn’t merit even a one star.

Annoying UI
Annoying user interface, why do you need to have a shuffled keyboard every time? And why do I have to type in my password for every single tab I open? Fix it. Also, the transfer takes 3 to 4 days to happen even if it’s bank to a bank.

Très mauvaise application, aucun accès à partir de l’étranger . J’ai l’impression que toutes les institutions financières font évoluer le service numérique sauf la CNEP

Je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement concernant votre application. Cela fait maintenant plus d’un mois que j’essaie de consulter mon compte depuis l’étranger, sans aucun résultat. Malgré plusieurs tentatives et vérifications, l’accès m’est toujours impossible.

Il faut corriger le clavier alphanumérique
