Questions poorly written
Save your money. Use a different app. So many of these questions are asinine. The rationales are bare minimum and half the time donโt add to learning whatsoever or even truly explain why the incorrect answer choices are wrong. There are no references so who knows where this information even comes from. References are a necessity, how can you list none? I definitely regret wasting my time and money on this app

I like the interface and app options, BUT the questions come up lacking:
-need just a bit more info/context to engage critical thinking (when compared to CCIs own questions or top brand study guides)
-references (there is a feeling like some of the questions were written by someone outside the field who just read a single paragraph of a book and threw together Q and random As); answer explanations reflects an expert in the field is NOT writing these questions
-questions blur lines with scope of practice/responsibilities (RN v surgical tech v anesthesia v surgeon) and have RNs operating outside of their scope
