We sincerely apologize for the poor experience. Regarding the lack of tracking updates, we would like to clarify that CNUSP is a third-party tracking tool. Package status updates rely entirely on data synchronized from the actual carriers. If the carrier does not update the tracking information promptly, we, as the tool provider, cannot fetch the latest status. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter. Additionally, we take the language barrier issue you encountered very seriously. We will continuously improve our translations in future updates to provide you with a seamless experience.
