Kicked me out of my account after paying
Tried to use one of my washes and it says I’m no longer authorized on my device. Tried logging out and back in and it won’t let me in. It’s the only device I’ve used. I now have 4 washes I can’t access. Tried telling the attendant and was basically told sucks to be you.
Can’t add credit card
Even after the recent update two weeks ago, the app still doesn’t work. I can’t add my credit card. It just says “internal server error”. I’m surprised a company as large as co-op can’t get this together.
Garbage
This would have been so sweet. Can’t get the email can’t not add a payment type. Fix it or delete it . Garbage
No Calgary location, Booo!
Bought a car wash, but can’t even use it in Calgary. That was a waste of $20
App is broken - do not download
As several others have eluded to, when you attempt to create a new account it does not send a verification email to inbox or junk email.
Link not sent to Email
I’ve tried to verify my Email but there is no link sent attached to the Email.
Can’t log in
I tried everything, deleted the app, logged out, change my password. It’s still giving me an error that the account is not associated with my device. I have four washes left that will go to waste because of this error.
Adding credit card
After several calls and tech people came insisting they accept debit Mastercards, I am still not able to add a card and cannot get a wash unless I go to a location and pay for it, with my debit Mastercard.
How can I make account?
I’m never get a email for make my new account… please make works…
Car wash
This car wash has nothing to do with Calgary co-op car wash, the code did not work. Do not use this app under any circumstances. There is no support and no one will return the money, scammers

Very poor app experience. It frequently has login issues, and the locations are often either closed for maintenance or have extremely long wait times. Overall, it’s unreliable and frustrating to use.
Can’t load anything
This recent update has ruined the app. I’ve purchased a wash awhile ago (had to use the search option instead of the main screen due to it never loading) and I can no longer find the wash I’ve purchased. Be aware if you buy washes and save them for later because chances are they won’t show up.
Error everytime
It would always log out my app and I won’t be able to log in each time. It’ll say my phone is no longer connected in any accounts which is ridiculous! Would always have to logged in to a different phone, that’s the only way it’ll work!
Please Fix
I love the idea of this app and there are so many issues. The most frustrating of which is it seems to only accept limited payment options. I still cannot get it to accept any of my cards. I wish it worked better.
Can’t even login despite having a subscription

Glitch
It works for the most part. It would be nice to be able to actually apply the promos that constantly pop up. The code typically works the first time but if you try and use it twice in a 48 hour period it won’t.
Kicked my phone off
I made the account. Two of my family used acct now it says my ohone is. Ot linked. So can’t get i. And my credit card is on the account can’t even get in to delete it. My kid can but still. Ridiculous.
Can’t use promo code
Each time I see a 50% off Carwash with Co-op, the app has no problem charging me money without asking for a promo code. Sneaky trick.
