I already have a co op card entered the number to sign is and does not work.
No longer works on iOS 15
So thanks for that, not. Not evevryone can afford to buy new devices. So can no longer log in on my iPad….
Offers cut back
Used to get 50p off milk every week, now it has dropped to 20p, I’ll go back to Aldi now I think

This is a great app with great offers, just a shame I don’t get the booster offers like my coop colleagues 😭
New upgrade on app
Brilliant upgrade. Once you navigate your email mail box it’s as easy as falling off a log. Good luck to everyone using ghe new upgrade.

The shop great however you can’t see your can’t see your shopping list. It’s a nice shop
Non offers
Pick your two offers , go to shop , look for items you picked , find out shop is out of stock , go and spend money in Tesco’s instead .
Annoying notifications about music events
If I want to book a music event I will do it through a Music provider. This app keeps sending you annoying notifications about music releases and events that I have no interest whatsoever. I couldn't delete my account on the app so I've just deleted the app. If I receive any email from them I will just block their email!
The developers of this app should respect a customers choice not to be notified of certain things that are not of any interest to them.
In future I will be shopping at Tesco. At least they don't hassle you every single week...

Cheekiness
As well as being knowledgeable about coding, I tried one of the offers, but the app disconnected and never loaded the offers again. If it was not deliberately coded, I know nothing.
App not keeping you logged in.
I am not sure what causes this but every time
I try to access the app. to check if I have a voucher I can use, I need to log in again.

downloaded app, entered membership number 3 separate times and each time it said i wasn’t a member and to join for £1.
Card not working
Download the app card came been to different co-op’s not one shop accepted my card so deleted the app
Waste of time
Pathetic card. Offers are small and limited. It’s not clear what benefits you get if any. The app is clunky, unintuitive and badly engineered.
App doesn’t load!
Can’t load details, pages etc usually all the time. I think they’re trying to block VPNs and it’s backfiring as it does with most companies.
Not official app
Downloaded this thinking it was the app for the co-op to get your points and no it's not please download the real one which is a QR code at the co-op tills would love to know how many other people have done this the developer of this app must be making a mint

Have tryed numerous times to get this up and running . Keeps telling me that my membership number is incorrect even though I have the physical card in front of me . Can’t be bothered to
Offers don’t work
And report a problem with offers doesn’t work either. The input date field doesn’t allow a valid date to be added, and it asks for data we don’t have as receipts aren’t a thing any more. Just give me 50p off my flipz!!
Overcharging on payments
Twice in April (9th & 12th) I’ve been charged the “10% product substitute charge” and, despite receiving no substitutes, this charge has not been refunded to me. Customer service refuses to help. Dev team can you please look into this, it’s clearly a recent issue as this has never happened to me before April!

Tried deleting app and re installed. Turned off VPN. Now errors in logging in.
