I really like the updated look and feel of this app! Submitting my health claim was super easy and fast and I like that I can add my drug card to my wallet. I also found my benefit maximums pretty fast compared to my husband’s provider. I see all the negative (and old) feedback and wanted to say I haven’t had any login issues for years! Great and easy app now!

Ask a Question
The ask a question option in the menu sends you to an external website. Once you hit the Continue button, a page loads dealing with personal information. Unfortunately, the entire page isn’t visible on my phone, even when I try to scroll down. I therefore cannot continue beyond this point. Very frustrating.

Unusable
Welcomes me to the app with a pop-up and logs me out simultaneously. If this is indicative of the type of support, it does not bode well for future cooperation… Plus the number of reported issues with the length of history shows a lack of customer care/support. I’m disappointed.

Just got the app and can’t login, frustrating!
i cant log in
i havent even created an account and it says user and password, even when i put forget password and they send an email i literally dont get an email. Ive been trying for months!!
Cannot Submit Claims
Every time I try to submit a claim, it says there is an error. I have to keep logging out and logging back in to submit a claim until it decides to upload. This happens all the time and I’ve been using this app for a few years. It needs updating and bug fixes.
This app overall is terrible

Can’t even log in!!
The sign in button is faded out and isn’t working when you enter your username and password. Also, when I could log in a few weeks ago, the keyboard would not show up so you could enter in your dollar amounts when inputting an extended health care paramedical claim. Had to go to online site to claim. Very glitchy app.

Login key is bugged and can’t login. Must be how they keep claims so low…

Sometimes the app will let me log in but most times I get an error! Not very useful!
Can’t log in
It was all good until this January or February, every time I try to sign in it says “GeneralError” and then returns to the login page again. Until today March 18, 2020 I still can’t log in. Very frustrating.
