Did not see an option for booking a ride at a certain time, so hit the PICK ME UP button thinking the option must be in there, but the app just sent a cab immediately! 😩

In its current form, this app is very good. However, the preferences need to have more options. Specifically, one for “Van” and a different one for “Handicap Accessible”. The single Handicap Accessible Van selection led to an unnecessary wait for me and my wheelchair-bound father when an unamended van was sent to collect us.

This app has glitches
I rebooked for an important appointment. I needed a WAV because I’m in a wheelchair. The app goes waywire when I’m outside. This must be fixed.
Bad
Had a taxi cancel on me because I was calling for a drunk friend, and didn’t want him to drive home. His wife who wasn’t drunk and was with him. My roommate drove him after an hour of half of cancelling or refuse to take the booking.
Never got picked up
The app is very basic. Taxi never arrived (it just stopped a few blocks from me and didn't move?) Tried contacting the driver via a message but no response.
