Mostly great
In its current form, this app is very good. However, the preferences need to have more options. Specifically, one for āVanā and a different one for āHandicap Accessibleā. The single Handicap Accessible Van selection led to an unnecessary wait for me and my wheelchair-bound father when an unamended van was sent to collect us.

This app has glitches
I rebooked for an important appointment. I needed a WAV because Iām in a wheelchair. The app goes waywire when Iām outside. This must be fixed.
Bad
Had a taxi cancel on me because I was calling for a drunk friend, and didnāt want him to drive home. His wife who wasnāt drunk and was with him. My roommate drove him after an hour of half of cancelling or refuse to take the booking.
Never got picked up
The app is very basic. Taxi never arrived (it just stopped a few blocks from me and didn't move?) Tried contacting the driver via a message but no response.

This app is total junk and never works. Thank god for Uber!

Great when it works.
When the app works itās great, easy to use and the drivers are usually on time if not early, but the app stops working at least once a month which is quite inconvenient.
Does not work
App stopped working about a month ago shame really cus the taxi was always on time no issues.
Pure garbage
I previously rated this app 5 stars, as it worked really well and was much more convenient than calling. Now, the past (at least) 5 times I have tried to use it, it doesnāt work. Absolutely useless.

Worked great for the first couple times- suddenly stopped working, continued to say āsearching addressā anytime I attempted to book
Save your time
Only gave it one star because it looks nice. Doesn't work as it hasn't been upgraded to work with new releases of iOS. Works as good as canning them really - can call to get a cab that never shows up or use an app that doesn't work. Result is the same. ā¹ļø
Used to work
It used to work, mostly. Now not so much. Deleted it and hoping for Uber in Regina.
Works very well
Itās cool to be able to see where the taxi is on the map and the status of the car assigned to you.
Useless application
It's been months that the app doesn't work and pops with server error issue! I ended up calling them every single time!
Unreliable, useless
The app worked great at first, but for the last several weeks it consistently displays a servers are down/busy issue which prevents you from booking a taxi - making this an entirely useless taxi-booking app!
Fantastic
It works great, you get notified when a cab is on its way, you can follow the cab on Google Map & you get a text when the cab arrives.
