Muito pratico, meu Coach lança os treinos catalogando em aquecimento, técnicos, wods, acessórios. Gostei da calculadora de RM, para alguns treinos de força. Consigo subir meus vídeos dos movimentos que quero que ele avalie. E ele anexa vídeos demonstrativos direto do YouTube 👏👏
