Blank Screen
Nice service provided but app is useless. Best to simply have phone number in contacts. Screen goes blank after login. Used to get calls returned on this issue, but I think they gave up

The service is really good but the app isn’t really that helpful unless you need roadside I guess.
8 character password maximum!
Someone else figured out the app can only handle an 8 character password. If your password is longer the app won’t login and you won’t know why. This is super unfortunate and wouldn’t want to be stuck on the roadside unable to login. Everyone: reduce your password to 8 characters. Heck, it might not accept special characters either, I didn’t test it out. Whoever made this app probably tested with a password of “password” and had no clue it was broken.

A waste of time, the login is not possible.
So disappointing!
I am so disappointed in this app. I get an error notice every time I try to sign in. It is not going to be any good if I can’t use it on the road.

Don’t know how this can be resolved but it is a very poor app.
Sos far so good…answer to initial login issue
So far so good…I had the same issue as others with the first login…constant do loop. However, just simply deleting my browsing history and cache solved the problem. Hope this helps someone.
Broken app
Cannot login. App is broken.
Not a good start
I just signed up with CoachNet and my first experience with them is trying to get this app to work. They’re back in system seems to be incredibly broken when I try to create an account. It says it already exists when I try to reset a password it says the account doesn’t. Catch 22. i’ve called their support and they’re only solution was to wait for 24 hours. Well here we are and it still doesn’t work. I have to say as my first interaction with the company this is hugely unimpressive and raises many concerns.

Can't log in
Credentials work on website but not the App. App hasn't been updated in 1 year. I don't see it mentioned on their website. Seems like they have given up on it.

Dumb Credential Issue
I had the dumb credential issue, had to change my password to no more than 8 characters. Once in the app there isn’t really anything there beyond your Account Info and roadside assistance number.
Zero Issues with the app
I can’t speak to the other issues but we have had zero issues with the app. I will say, early on when I created my account we had a space in the username. Coach-Net did not flag this during account creation, the system simply removed the space. Once we figured that out it’s been smooth sailing.
Can’t log in
My log in for website doesn’t work for app and support was no help. It’s been almost a year and no resolution.
Credentials Issue with login
Had the credentials issue with the app & had very poor effort by Coach-Net support. I figured out a fix - make your password a shorter length. I was using a complex 16+ character password that worked fine on my laptop but not the phone app. Switched up to an 8 character one & it worked. It may take longer but at least we know whet the “ credentials issue” is about.

App does not work
Same issue as other users. When trying to set up my account. I get the message “there was an error”. Cannot use app.
App does not let you log in
They need to fix this app. It will not accept valid credentials that work on their website.
