Fix activity entry
Fix the activity entry so calories burned can be entered manually rather than increase, with constant pressing, by ten calories at a time. I’d give it a higher rating if this entry tool was made less time-consuming, more efficient.
Clunky app
This is the first diet app data aggregator I’ve seen where you cannot enter your weight! Potentially useful for HMR, but data entry is difficult. Fonts are small. It is hard to exit a section of the app. Many areas including the FAQ and IT SUPPORT sections are blank.

Update AGAIN 4/4/25: I can't select ANY BODY PART BELOW THE KNEE. The back right neck is still not available, the thoracic area is almost still impossible to select. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CAN YOU FIX THE BODY MAP I AM FORCED TO USE THIS AP EVERY DAY AND IT DOESN'T WORK. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX IT.
Update again: Still impossible to select the upper portion of the thoracic spine T7-T1. This is an area I need to select due to severe pain. Please, can you fix this? The body map is so hard to use. I have really tried to stay positive about it, but the assisted touch only helps the really really small areas of the head and the elbow be selected. It makes everything else impossible to be accurate and some areas impossible to ever select. Not to mention the back right neck has been missing for weeks.

HELP: The "back right neck pain area has been missing for weeks. I have ignored it, but really need to select that area now to be able to communicate my pain to my doctors. Update: I'm not sure if this is intentional, but if this is some kind of new "assistive touch" update in the ap to help with pain areas on the "body map", all my joints, bones and nerves thank you if so! That used to cause me so much extra pain. I have to use this daily.

Stopped Working
I need this for pain management but it suddenly stopped allowing me to select parts of the body for my painnlog. My phone is up to date and so is the ap. I've tried restarting and reloading it. This is a real pain because my doctor requires this so that my insurance will pay for treatments. Please please fix!!!!

Too awkward and click-heavy
I started using this app because my weight-loss program (HMR) moved to it. I was amazed that they could find an app even more clumsy and awkward than the bespoke HMR app. Every action requires too many clicks and taps, making it inconvenient for its actual purpose, which is in-the-moment tracking. The visualizations are unappealing and many of the features are not implemented.

Height is 3’3”
Can’t seem to fix height - everyone’s height is set to 3’3” - they’ve promised to fix this and it doesn’t get fixed.
Bad interface
It makes no sense that you have to press the + button to add calorie tracking by 10 calorie increments. It should just allow you to enter the value directly. Such a big step down from the previous HMR app - very disappointed
Terrible
If this is supposed to be a replacement for the HMR app it is awful. Interface is like something from 20 years ago. Waiting for it to save data takes longer than putting data in the HMR app
Hard to justify 1 star
Useless. Worst app I’ve used. Can’t set height. BMI way off. App started crashing when uploading blood pressure. Tracking something as critical as BP shouldn’t be at bottom of second page of records. I can go on. Garbage compared to other apps I have used
Does not connect to scales
We got the CoachPro scales, which is supposed to support Bluetooth. But the app is impossible to use, it does not show any devices. It wants you to provide all kind of personal information to open an account, but at the end nothing works - what a waste!
New update
Since the last update when logging in you get just a blank screen and can I get to anything.
Needs work
The weight loss clinic I work with wants us to use it, but so far it’s been pretty buggy. When you save a new ingredient it tells you it saved it, but it never did. The search feature doesn’t have a lot of options and doesn’t give you a best match. It’s difficult to see multiple stats at once in chart view. Would love to see A LOT of improvement.

Easy to use and excellent real time accountability. Connecting the app to hardware like a scale, fitness tracker and a LEVL device has made achieving personalized goals more convenient.
Buggy
Syncs poorly with activity tracker - inadvertently drops into sleep mode. Food database laggy or unavailable at times. Good concept but needs work.
