Looks like a pretty cool app. But I have an 07. And this only supports 2015 and newer.

I hate my simply because I can’t effectively take care of it or use all that I purchased the RV for and it’s all because I haven’t any access to the manual. Especially when BOONDOCKING.
I gave $59,000 for my RV and Forest River wants to cheap out on including the manual? It’s a camping trailer. I should put have to rely on the net or the app working to make full use of my RV.

Easy access to roadside assistance number and info
Basic owners manual. Quick reference. Hopefully theyll keep improving
convenient with manuals, FAQs, checklists and videos
This is convenient and helpful. Key word searchable for our travel trailer model. I refer to it often. Also has links to YouTube channel. I strongly recommend this app to all especially newbies. Get it!!
Nearly useless app
Bought a new Coachmen r248 RBS. Information in the owners manual is very generic, basically contains specs, and provides little information on safety and how to use different features on the RV. My previous RV had an owners manual, specific to my model that reviewed all aspects of the RV in detail. Very disappointing owners manual!

Worthless
Very basic and generic information. The app asks for your model but all the information and videos only apply to the single model they chose to show. Does not give electrical panel layouts or equipment locations.
Good basic info
We just bought a 2019 Freelander 26rs and I’m very happy to have this info. It has tons more spelled out than our Coleman travel trailer had of the same year and it was brand new! It has detailed info on the Automatic Leveling, something completely new to us. There are no manuals on the appliances, but I didn’t really expect them. Our trailer had installation manuals that were in depth, but owner’s manuals had little info. Even so, it would be nice to have the info for the used models covered in this app or, at least links to manufacturer’s websites. Especially in these days of Covid. Do that & I’ll change it to 5 stars.

Generically worthless
Generically worthless. Wrong model numbers of installed equipment for my fifth wheel on numerous components. Generic information that you can get anywhere. The worst offense is the inability to access equipment manuals when offline. That is supposed to be a “feature” of this app. Keep trying guys, but you missed it with this one.

Coachmen supposedly new app
This app tells you absolutely nothing about anything in my FEUL 246rks . It is a safety manual says nothing about operating any of the equipment from the awning to the terrible Ferrion audio equipment. What’s the point of an app that tells you nothing about to use the equipment
Keeps crashing
Every time I try to open it crashes. Have done everything from restarting to shutting down and restarting iPhone 11. Nothing

If you have even the slightest bit of common sense you don’t need this.
Ok ok it needs work (for PRISM ELITE), but...
I tried to give this 3.5 Stars but it went to 4 - and yes like what other people have said, it’s basic and there is a lot of room for improvements, but I do like what the foundation of the App is and I wish there was more specifics for the PRISM ELITE (what we own), but since the dealer didn’t have many manuals on the various systems, I will take what I can get.
In the defense of the developers, please keep adding to the APP and we do appreciate the effort - but considering this is Coachman - you should put a lot more resources behind this - this has far reaching customer support possibilities!

No How-to Video
Junk. My Galleria literature says there’s over 15 videos with this ap. Scanned QR code and got a generic manual.
What a waste of time
Gives you absolutely no information on your rig! It’s a generic generalization of a few rv items. If u want detailed information to include directions, pictures and maybe even diagrams....it’s not here, keep looking.

This is the “manual for dummies”. It contains all the information you really don’t need to know.
