This is the best train game I could find (on mobile) I would recommend it to any train enthusiast, or just anyone. The mechanics are simple, and all and all it’s just a fun experience. 👍

This Game is so cool! I like it so much! I like the choices of trains. I just can’t explain this game. It’s so fun!! The only thing I would add would be 3 player races.

Fun! Neat idea
This is essentially drag-strip racing with Steam Locomotives, and is quite addictive. Your job is to shovel pieces of coal into your trains firebox. The coal comes at you like the notes from a beat game - the more coal you shovel, the faster your train goes.
But if you swing your shovel too soon or too late and miss the piece of coal, you take a penalty and train starts to slow down.
The graphics suit the game well, and the style of the sound effects and music seem retro - that’s the good kind of retro.
With pretty much no learning curve, the tutorial is over in we’ll under a minute, so you can pretty much dive right in and start playing.
The actual gameplay time varies, as the winner is the first to pull far enough ahead from the other player, rather than simply reaching a finish line first. That said, I tend to see anywhere from 30 to 90 seconds per match making it great for those little moments.
Overall, a great game which will be on my iPad for quite some time!

Worst game ever
Makes no since and just makes you tap faster that your phone can even register, most times i just end up half way through and it becomes impossible so i end up at a dead stop, cant even finish the first level

Legitimately some of the least fun I've ever had with a game on the App Store. The game fails to properly detect when I'm tapping, causing me to miss coal and therefore get huge penalties to my gold earning.
Without gold, I don't get upgrades and I don't beat all my opponents, who do seem to have those upgrades.

Removed from the front page already? Not a surprise.
Firstly, started this game, no upgrades and as you’d expect, you’d be put up against others with the same rank as you... this is not the case. I’m being put up against people who literally win on the starting line because my train isn’t upgraded. I lost my first 5 games to upgraded trains. This is a joke. Secondly and most importantly, your touch detection is an absolute joke. You can see in every race it reaches a point where coal is flying at you in a big chain and both trains come to a complete halt because neither players taps are being registered. I hope you enjoyed your brief time on the front page and the money/publicity you did to get there was worth it. Another game destined for the garbage pile. And don’t bother releasing a “fix” for any of this, the game should have been ready on release. Did you test this game with someone who has arthritic thumbs? Good job for wasting my time.
