Am on vacation and tried to to do an external transfer and was successful only because C360 gave an email option as a security verification ! I couldnt use phone or text due to changing my eSim for travel. Other bank apps did not have this email option !

Can’t log in
I tried to log into my account at first attempt it is saying my account is being restricted, I don’t know why but my user id and password were correct, it is saying to call the number provided. I tried the second time, same as first attempt. I don’t know what’s wrong with this app.
Outdated
App is outdated and feels unintuitive. Figuring out how to add external accounts is very complicated.

Went in person to set up automatic deductions to pay for my loan and they didn’t submit the paperwork to their processing department so my due date came and went without payment because they failed to do their job. Now I just found out the extra $300 I said to apply to my principal was kept in my saving account with them l instead of it bringing down loans amount. I specifically said apply it to my loan and to my principal. They are really trying to rip as much interest from you as possible. Shady shady business practices. I DONT RECOMMEND COAST 360!!!!

This is worse loan repayment set up I have ever seen anywhere in the world. I have to make two bank transfers (one from checking to savings and then 2nd from savings to loan account) each taking a few days to process.
Not having an option for a direct payment with a bank card is really annoying.

Keeps logging me out…and I’ve just logged in…
Unfortunately when I try to log in, I will get a message showing “Notice - you’re session expired. Please login again.” This seems to happen when I’m on data but on WiFi seems to be okay…
Super buggy app
As a loyal member for over five years, this is the first time I’ve had so many problems with this app. It is so buggy and I have to constantly change my password because the app keeps kicking me out. Please fix, Coast360! You were better before all these updates.
This app is terrible
Coast needs to do better maintenance and upgrades with this app. It’s forever having error messages when signing in & the response time is very slow. BOGs app is way better than Coast.

Off island mobile access
Submitted & Signed paperworks in Guam so my off island usage,to include mobile verification, can be available.
I’m now off island and unable to review account on my phone. Much to my surprise, I using on my iPad and I got to transfer and submit this review.
