Getting shift notifications
Don’t receive shifts on iPhone no notifications can you guys update the app so shifts can come to phones as notification instead of having to go login the app to see if shifts are available
Terrible
I was only able to log in ONCE, which was when I first submitted all my credentials. Can't get any help from ANYONE. A waste of time and by far a subpar app and agency experience.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the luncheon bouquet after watching the video I’d thought it was going to turn out even better than before but was just A waste of time waste of my gas and mileage I’ve missed A 12HR shift just to be apart of a crop event!🤦🏻♀️ sandwiches was wack,vegetables wasn’t all that not very much of ppl attend you all didn’t miss anything!imagine driving actually 1Hr &45 min only to receive a whole bunch of dollar tree items pens,teddy bear and sunshades Kmt you All should’ve postpone this event because this supposed to be a memorable moments instead it’s all regret Kmt!Never AGAIN! I’d also I was going to meet to whole CC team but apparently I just saw Robin and Marlene 🤦🏻♀️ this was the main reason of my attendance,I have a iPhone 16 pro max and clocking in few times can be a tussle and clocking out many times is disturbing especially when you in the building as get that oops your too far awhile from building your invoice takes 4Ever to get verified and let’s not even mention the far distance shifts they be getting in which not worth it because it’s like your just setting up yourself for failure I wish they upgrade on their coins because some of these facility works not worth even your sweat!I highly recommend clipboard to any Entrepreneurs cz you’ll get your $ so even if the facilities is wack your $ is secure but CC is like Second to third recommendation has an entrepreneurs…they got lots of Racist Team as well…I could go on but I’ll leave matters to the man above..& hope for the best with this company has I’ve been with them 1year and half now….

Constant problems.
My phone is an iPhone 13pro and in great condition. WiFi is strong. My info is saved for faster connection. It takes about a good 60secs or more for it to log me in. Even from a browser. When I tap on any tab it either doesn’t open at all and you have to keep trying -or- it takes another 60secs to open the desired tab.
These last few cons are most likely office staff related:

Why or how, unsure…
In the past I was an employee of CC and never had this many issues. Don’t get me wrong though, there were some mighty issues in the past all around. I’ve been hired on for over a month now and still have yet to see a shift posted due the constant complications.
Radius is fine, shift preferences are fine. So they say but by the time I get anywhere with the technical part, the shifts are long gone.
It’s been such a huge headache.

Honestly, I’m fairly upset with this company. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for over a week. The phone number that’s posted, I’ve called several times. Either no one has answered or it says “number is no longer in service” AFTER saying “you’re first in line”. Quite frustrating as I’ve been looking forward to trying to proceed.

Extremely slow
This app is extremely slow. I sometimes have to delete the app then reinstall it for it to function. It makes picking up shifts and clocking in and out a hassle.
