The app is not working for me since the “update” last week… I can’t even login.. very bad service

L’application marche très bien, pourrais avoir quelques améliorations, mais fonctionne très bien.
Bonne application, mais incomplète…
L’application fonctionne bien sur iPhone et aussi sur iPad, mais uniquement dans l’orientation portrait. Considérant que les cas d’utilisation les plus fréquents pour iPad sont dans l’orientation paysage, cela démontre un manquement de la part du créateur.

So... Look at this. Coba... The platform is bad. Bug,not fonctionnal at all, not able to connect when you have a message to write. You make the students suffer when they lose a point. The interface is sooooo bad that they have no word to describe it!!!

Pourriez-vous ajouter la possibilité d’accéder aux deux établissements « en même temps » (sans avoir à se déconnecter de l’un pour passer à l’autre). Beaucoup « d’agendas » à gérer.

I am a mobile application developer. This application is the worst one I ever see. Unfortunately so many schools are using it.
Badge does not clear after reading messages

The red app badge displays “1” when I have messages. Always “1”, even if I have 2, 3, 4... messages. When all messages are read it still displays “1”. I have to go to the notifications screen (click the bell at the top, right), there are no notifications on that screen and now the red badge is gone from the app icon. Please fix this, it has been over a year. This is my 3rd time reporting the bug, have reported it twice through in-app feedback but no response. Have also reported it through the school and now as a public review as a last resort. Thank you.
