If only

I love Cobalt for their profiles but this app doesn’t work. I’ve had a subscription for a few months and have been unable to import anything since the trial, there’s no excuse.

If you can resend your request via the in-app Help or our website’s contact form, we’ll prioritise it right away. Just a note on billing: purchases made in the iOS app are processed by the Apple App Store, so payment issues and refunds are handled directly by Apple (you can manage these from your Apple ID > Subscriptions or via Apple’s support). We’re here for anything else you need on our side.

Very realistic

I really love the filters here. They are very realistic and the list is very comprehensive.
I have 2 suggestions:

- an iPad version would be great
- Please increase the resolution output to 24 Megapixels
