App hasn’t been working recently
What is wrong with the app? I can’t even access, keep having error messages.
Why is this app still not working??
I joined the Cobb County Library last summer and loved using the app to reserve books and renew checked out books. I also used it to show my card. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I deleted it, reinstalled it and to this day it has never worked… and I’ve tried this over and over. A library employee told me they knew there was an issue and he thought it was resolved… that was in December. Almost March now and it is still a no go. Please fix this app! Thank you

App stopped working
I used this app over 6 months and then it started giving error when I open checkouts link. Then I removed and re-installed app which doesn't work at all and gives me error- unable to connect to server . Try again. I hope it'll be fixed soon.
Seems abandoned
I loved this app because I could request my books and then pick them up when they were ready or I could figure out where a book I wanted was and go get it from there. Not sure what happened but several months back it suddenly stopped working and it still has not been fixed. Feels like they abandoned it.

Not functioning
I have been unable to open App for several months. I have been able to use it successfully for 2years before this.I have an Iphone14 so the age of the phone is not an issue. Whatever you did to update the App had been useless.
Use to work great, now wont connect
Used for years, quit working around Jan 2024. Keeps giving “unable to connect to server” several un/reinstalls and still nothing.
Not working
Hello, the app hasn’t been working for several months. It says unable to connect to server.
What’s happening?
Since few weeks ago, I can’t use this app anymore. Keeps saying server connection issue. There is no issue with my Internet and if I log onto the website, I can log into my account.
They have to wait on the developer
This is an FYI for anyone else who come here looking for information like I did. I called the library, they’re aware of the problem- but it’s a developer issue. It’s not just our county, but anyone who uses this system. They don’t have any access to respond to reviews or anything. Going online still works, hopefully the app is up and running again soon.

I used to love this app but for the last 6 months I just get error messages every time I search for books or try to access my holds. This app could be great but it needs work!
App not working
I have loved using the library app for years. Over the last two months, I haven’t been able to search for books. I just removed the app, restarted my phone and tried downloading the app again to see if it was something on my end and now it won’t even open the app. Hoping the issues get fixed soon!

Unable to Connect to Server :’(
Please fix, I’d love to be able to use this app to find my books.

I used this app for 6 months and suddenly it stopped working. I re-installed the app and now it's showing error- unable to connect to server.
Needs to be fixed
I used to love this app. I could use the in-app library card to check out at the kiosk, place books on hold and see what books I had checked out. Now the app “can’t connect to server” for months now. Please bring it back!!
Annoyed
I used this app all the time to keep up with my good reads list. Now I can’t get it to even open. This is so ridiculously frustrating and makes me not want to support the library
Random “Network Error?”
Every time I try to open this app, I get a message saying it can’t open due to a network connection issue. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times to try and fix it. I even tried to download while at the library in case being on the WiFi helped. Nothing works. What’s most frustrating is the app works perfectly on my mom’s phone..?

App no longer works
Within the last few months, the catalog stopped working as well as showing correct due dates. Now the app doesn’t load at all. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. I hope they can fix this as it’s very helpful for managing our family’s accounts.
Can’t get App to connect
App keeps saying it’s unable to connect to server, check network connection. Right after I went to to the App Store and downloaded it. Doesn’t work.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded this app to help with my library usage. All I get is a black screen with a message that it can’t connect to the server and to try again later. A friend who previously used it is also now getting the same errors, so it’s not just my device. So sad.
