This app never works
Every year there is a problem with students receiving tickets, it’s a terrible app.
Pretty terrible
You’d think after years the app would function properly but no. Thank god I pay so much tuition
Logging in
Haven’t been able to login to the app for two years… it just says error. I have tried downloading and deleting the app countless times and it just will not work.
Wish I could give it a negative score
This app is terrible. It constantly has problems and is rarely updated. Currently, I can share social media with USC athletics, take let in polls, look up point leaders, and other things I don’t GAS about.
I can’t request tickets, something that I WOULD like to do.
I haven’t gone to many events this year because I’m just sick of the back and forth with tech support unaffiliated with the Gamecock Club or university. When you try to go through campus affiliated groups, they say ‘Sorry. Have you tried emailing blah blah?’
That's right - an app with obvious time pressure to be used effectively is supported through email like it is 2012. If you want to see a Carolina sporting event in ten days, better submit your support ticket right now so you can start the back and forth. It’s a terrible joke of an app.

You think a university this big would put in a little more effort and brains to make student ticketing easier for students but nope.
So Many Issues
So many bugs and design flaws.
Difficult
The concept is great. But I hate that it redirects me back to the internet when I request tickets. It also doesn’t show the tickets you have, making you go back to the internet AGAIN to see if you get a ticket.

The most asinine and bass ackwards way to request tickets.

This app is awesome! It's a great way for us to track our standing on the loyalty point system!
