Not ready for prime time

This app has tremendous potential. The graphics are excellent and the methods seem reasonably accurate but a little skimpy for some of the more ambitious drinks. HOWEVER, some of the options on the Home menu are LAME. The option called Tips has a collection of general household tips, what use is this in a beverage app? The option called Cook With is horribly quirky. I had visions of a feature that would allow the user to enter what items they had available in their "bar" and the program would give them a list of what they could prepare with those ingredients. It took me 10 minutes to get the program to accept two items. They were rather obscure ingredients... gin and vodka, I can only imagine how long it would take to enter all of the things you have in your home bar. This option is worthless in my opinion. The option called EduBank appears to be a collection of recipes that you add to the "Bank". The selection should probably be called something like Favorites.

There is plenty of annoying nagware encouraging the user to upgrade to the one of the paid versions.

The program is quite useable if all you want to do is select one of the many drinks in their "library" but any features beyond that is not really functional. I won't consider an upgrade until they make the menu options work.

A basic set of instructions on use of their "features" would be helpful.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for appreciating our app and suggestions to improve it further. We are right away picking two improvement points. Tips should be relevant to drinks and cocktails only. We are improving 'Cookwith' feature. Our 'Edubank' is a collection all of all you gather as favorites or learn through the app. We have around 500 apps on the store around various subjects of study, hobby, lifestyle, travel and much more. With Edubank we are planning to put all this information is one place secured with a login/password segregated by topics. It will be available from app, web and on our website free of cost. It is the most significant offering of Edutainment Ventures.
