Each recipe is cross-checked against the IBA's canonical pours, with optional alternate specs from Jeffrey Morgenthaler's The Bar Book and house specs from Bar Neuf, Linz (2011). DISCOVER Browse the canon by base spirit (whiskey, gin, rum, tequila, vodka, brandy, wine, liqueur) or by drink type (sour, stirred, highball, sparkling, tropical, hot, creamy). VARIANTS Many recipes include multiple specs from different sources. Compare the IBA's canonical Daiquiri to Morgenthaler's slightly tweaked version, or see how Bar Neuf served their Manhattan. LIVE GLASSWARE Each detail view shows a live, hand-drawn glass with three-dimensional liquid layers in the right proportions for the recipe.
