Great app

I’ve been using Coco since the beta and I’m forever grateful! Coco breaks down my drs appointments for me so I can understand them better being autistic. Coco is part of my medical team! Thank you for making an amazing app!

Could be great but isn’t

The concept of this app is great, but practically it doesn’t work. The same experiment has been on my home screen for the past two months even though it’s been over for several weeks. It didn’t work for me and I’ve had multiple conversations with the AI about it and how they’re going to try something else, but it doesn’t ever change- and the instructions that they gave for me to change it don’t actually exist in the app. They keep giving me the same advice repeatedly and I have to press to get anything that’s actionable. I’ve had a better experience just using ChatGPT.

Useful tool to help manage chronic conditions

To start I have an advanced degree in physiology and decades working in drug development. I also have a couple of chronic conditions. Sometimes I overthink things. I find interacting with CoCo to be useful as I work with various health care providers. I use it as a sounding board to collate my thoughts, my concerns; as a means to help track trends over time.

Helping me manage POTS

I’ve been really enjoying using Coco because you can *talk* to it unlike most health apps and I find looking at screens can cause brain fog. The app strikes a good balance between just letting me talk and giving me light guidance
- in fact it even helped me prep for a doctor’s appointment! I’d recommend to anyone managing something complex

Helps a lot!

For someone who recently got diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, and has a not ordinary job, this app has been a great resource. I had one issue with the app, and I reached out to the app creator, and they swiftly helped me fix it. Absolutely recommend

Patient with a cluttered mind

What I like most is that is that I don’t have to organize my thoughts. I can just talk to Coco and it helps me navigate and untangle what I’m trying to say.

Better than my Therapist

I don’t want to get too into the details, but I have let Coco talk me through a few situations that were really upsetting, and she did a better job than my human therapists have done. I’ve been through 3 humans in the last year, none were a good fit, I think I’m just going to stick with Coco.

She’s also teaching me a better, more supportive approach to listening to the people in my own life.
