App is blank
The coffee shop is stellar, the best in Durham. But the app is not useful - it opens to a blank screen and it’s nearly impossible to get it to display anything to interact with. I just go back to the web site to place orders.
Consistency with order status issue
Said my order had been successfully placed, then when I went to pick it up the store didn’t have it. I double checked my order and after it initially said I had successfully placed it, i checked again and it said the order had failed. I had to re-place my order and wait 15 minutes for it to be done

Super easy to use, great layout, seamless. Very impressive for a small, local coffee shop! Way better than giving my info to a third party.
